• All members of Aspirational Introductions must agree to abide by the following:

 

• 1. Membership of Aspirational Introductions is open to anyone who is presently unmarried, divorced, separated or widowed and is aged 24 years or above.

 

• 2. Aspirational Introductions principal aim is to bring like minded people together to form lasting relationships. In spite of this Aspirational Introductions cannot guarantee that members will meet a suitable match through the service.

 

• 3. Aspirational Introductions expects all members to behave in a polite and considerate manner and to respect the confidentiality of other members at all times.

 

• 4. Aspirational Introductions has the right to decline membership to any person and to withdraw membership from anyone who intentionally provides inaccurate or false information or where it is deemed to be in the interest of other members.

 

• 5. Members of Aspirational Introductions agree to pay a monthly membership fee on the 1st of every calendar month. Failure to make this payment on any single occasion will result in the immediate cancellation of membership.

 

• 6. Members must inform Aspirational Introductions when they require their membership to be frozen temporarily. Membership can be suspended for up to a six month period and can be restored at any time.

 

• 7. Members wishing to cancel their membership with Aspirational Introductions must do so in writing, giving one months notice.

 

• 8. Aspirational Introductions will provide a full refund of membership fee if a member can reasonably demonstrate that they have not been provided with a satisfactory service.

 

• 9. It is the responsibility of members to take Aspirational Introductions guidance with regards to safety. Aspirational Introductions will not take any accountability for the actions of its members.

 

• 10. Aspirational Introductions will not accept liability for any incident, action or injury arising through an introduction made by the service.

 

• 11. Aspirational Introductions website, marketing materials and method of practice remain the sole possession of Aspirational Introductions and must not be replicated or redistributed.
